Students performed simple yoga poses such as Tadasana, Vrikshasana, and Sukhasana. They also practiced breathing exercises and meditation for mental peace.Teachers explained the importance of yoga in maintaining a healthy body and a calm mind. All the students participated happily and enjoyed the session.
